With nearly twenty trains a day, congestion is no stranger to the Lehigh Line. PIOI-4B with SD80MACS 4101 and 4113 as the power, is waiting just west of the 13th St crossing in Manville for WPAL 10 to finish his switching at Manville Yard. ALCA-5 with SD50, 6735, in the lead, has pulled up along side PIOI-4B on the Royce Running Track. The date is November 25, 1998.
